About Me.
EDUCATIONAL HISTORY:
I am a graduate of the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, an American Psychological Association accredited school. As a doctoral student, I trained at a therapeutic day school, a community mental health center and a psychiatric hospital. I then completed an American Psychological Association accredited doctoral internship at a hospital based community mental health center. Prior to earning my doctoral degree in psychology (Psy.D), I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Michigan State University and a Master of Arts degree in education from the University of Michigan.
EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:
I am a member of the medical staff of Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois, where I do psychological assessments on the Child and Adolescent Behavioral Medicine Unit and psychological consultations on various pediatric medical floors. Before opening my own practice, I worked in two private practice groups, a general hospital's inpatient behavioral medicine units, and a therapeutic day school. Over the course of my career, I have held several administrative positions, including the Director of Psychological Assessments, Director of Psychology Training, and Clinical Coordinator.
